The Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi has officially announced job vacancies through an advertisement published in the Daily Jang newspaper on April 21, 2025. Applications on plain paper are invited from suitable, dynamic, and enthusiastic male and female candidates from across the country for appointment to the following vacant positions.Interested individuals who meet the required criteria for the posts, such as educational qualifications and upper age limit, are eligible to apply. The organization currently requires hardworking and professional staff for positions such as Store Keeper, Civil Technician, Communication Operator, Storeman, and Assistant Supervisor Fire.To secure these civilian jobs at the Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi (Pak Army), candidates must generally possess qualifications such as Bachelor’s, Matric, or Primary education along with relevant field experience. Preference will be given to candidates with higher educational qualifications and more relevant experience. The minimum age limit for all positions is 18 years, while the maximum age limit is set at 30 years.Individuals who are seeking jobs at the Central Ordnance Depot (COD) Rawalpindi and meet the required criteria for the posts can secure these jobs in Pakistan by submitting their applications as per the procedure mentioned below.
Age Limit and Relaxation:
For recruitment to civilian jobs in the Pakistan Army, the general age limit for all positions is set between 18 to 30 years. Additionally, candidates from Sindh (Rural), Balochistan, Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan will be granted a further relaxation of 3 years in the upper age limit.
Note:The position of Assistant Supervisor Fire is exclusively reserved for local candidates. Eligible local areas include Attock, Hazara Division, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Application Submission Procedure and General Instructions
Step#01: Candidates should submit their applications on plain paper, including their name, address, contact number, father's name, complete educational qualifications, date of birth, name of the post, along with three attested photocopies of educational certificates, domicile certificate, CNIC, three recent passport-size photographs, and skill certificates. All documents must be sent to the address mentioned above.
Step#02: Candidates must send a postal order of Rs. 200/- in the name of Commandant Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi along with their application.
Step#03: Interested individuals must bring all original educational certificates, computerized CNIC, and domicile on the day of the test.
Step#04: Only suitable candidates will be called for the test/interview after the initial scrutiny. After selection, the candidate can be posted anywhere in Pakistan to perform their duties.
