Age Limit and Relaxation:
The maximum age limit is fixed at 28 years for the post of Assistant Private Secretary and 25 years for the post of Driver. However, The instructions regarding age relaxation issued by the Establishment Division vide O.M No. 9/2/91-R-5 dated 24-06-2010 will be followed, and these instructions are also available on the website www.ots.org.pk. A general age relaxation of 5 years will be admissible.

For the post of Assistant Private Secretary candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree* along with a shorthand speed of *110 words per minuteFor the post of Driver, candidates must have a Primary level education and a valid driving license۔
